Cancellation Policy

Retainer Fee: Your initial retainer fee, which serves as a booking security, is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. This fee is used to secure your date, and we pass on other potential clients who express interest in reserving that day. It also covers the administrative costs associated with your reservation. 2. Change Dates: We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to reschedule your event. We allow up to two change dates to accommodate such situations. Please inform us at least [insert number of days/weeks] prior to the originally scheduled event date to make arrangements for a new date.
